The season 3 finale is upon us and we’ve got a lot of questions.
The season 3 finale was a very good one, so I thought I’d give one of the questions our fan base is asking some serious consideration.
Pose is not, and has never been, a huge part of our show, but it has a lot of fans. Most of them will admit its a pretty cool show, but they want to know if something is coming to season 3. I think we can answer that question and more, with a few exceptions.
What I find funny about the Pose question is that it is really similar to the questions the fans want to get answered. Pose originally started as an idea that we were going to do a show with a different concept, like a game or some type of sci-fi show, but then something with the “other” concept caught our attention. We tried to bring it to life on camera, but the network wouldnt accept it.
One thing that remains the same is that Pose is not going to be a game, but an ongoing, interactive, story-based experience with a strong focus on puzzles. You will be able to interact with characters from the show and have them interact with each other and share items and powers that you need to solve the puzzles.
You may be asking, “So what happened to the character?” There was a lot to be done in the game’s first season to set up the story that will follow. The show’s creators, who are both women, decided to give the character a new identity and make her a new character. So this season we will be able to see more of the story’s progression.
In the comics, the character was a woman in a man’s world. In the comics this season we will see how she adapts to a man’s world and interacts with other characters.
That seems to be the plan, except that the show creators, who are both women, are leaving the character up in the air. I don’t know if that means they’re going to make her an actual girl or just don’t have any idea what she’ll become. Either way, it’s a huge story spoiler.
So what happens is that the episode “Season 2” of the show will see her going back to her former life as a woman and learning to be a man. The season 3 episode “Season 3” will see her again as a woman in a mans world, but this time we’ll see her learning to be a man. But I guess by now its just too late.
I guess a guy like me would just have to hope that by the end of the season the show was actually going to see her again.
