We are so busy, it’s hard to get back into the habit of being present. So we make excuses like “I am really tired” or “I have a lot on my plate” or “I haven’t been to the gym in a while” or “I have a ton of things to do around the house” or “I’m so angry about this.
That is the problem with not being present, we can’t remember that we don’t have a life. So we make excuses and say we don’t have time, but when we really do forget we have no life.
In order to fix the problem, we need to get back to the habit of being present. If we are not present to the present moment, we can’t really remember our past, our present moment, and our future. Because when we are not present to our own life we are not present to others life. This is why I believe it is so important to have a regular routine.
The problem with most of our routines is that we can’t stick to it, because we can’t remember. We can be very good at what we do, but if we can’t remember how to do something we can’t really do anything. To fix this we need to take time out of our lives and focus on our routine. For instance, I do not need to eat a single piece of fruit or drink a single drop of milk.
This is why I believe it is so important to have a regular routine. The problem is we can get bored with our routines. If you only sit down to eat pasta for breakfast, you are not doing it right. If you sit down to exercise, you are not doing it right. If you have a regular routine, you wont get bored as you get better at it.
So we need to take time out of our life and focus solely on our routine. This means we need to be able to go to bed without having had dinner, get up without having had breakfast, and get dressed without having had breakfast. This means we need to have a regular schedule, and that includes regular breaks. It also means we need to have the time.
The most obvious, and most overlooked, factor is the time. No matter how much research you do on what works for your body, no matter how many diets you try to follow, you never quite achieve the goal of getting the time right. But most importantly, you can easily be doing it perfectly when it comes to your exercise routine. All you have to do is focus on your routine, and most of what happens in life happens for no reason at all.
If you have a goal in your life, you will naturally want to do everything necessary to achieve it. Even if you don’t know what makes the difference, you will want to do what makes the most sense. That’s part of why you’ll continue to do things that are in-line with your goal even if you know you don’t have the knowledge or the will to do them. But the best way to achieve your goal is to simply do what you know you can do.
The problem is when you dont have the knowledge or the will to do something that is in-line with your goal. Or you know you can do it but dont want to because you don’t want to take the risk. You are going to miss out on a lot if you just do what makes sense.
Mina, the leader of the Satellites, appears to be the one person who knows she is the leader of what is referred to as a “minority faction” within the Satellites. This is a term that was coined to describe groups that are politically and technologically advanced enough to fight a war against the Empire. The term is a bit of a stretch, but it still seems to describe a lot of the people in the Satellites.
