I’ve been writing on some of these quotes since I first started writing about them. The first one is one of the earliest, and it’s a good one, and I’ve been looking for a quote that describes the feeling I have when I wake up every morning. I think it’s pretty much the same feeling I have every time I wake up. Except its not. I’m not awake.

A lot of people who work nights need to start sleeping on a regular basis or they won’t be able to function. So why not use your weekend to get a good night’s rest? You don’t have to go to bed before midnight to get a good rest, just roll out of bed and go to bed at a decent hour.
A lot of people, myself included, are guilty of sleeping when we should be doing something productive. We often fall into a cycle of getting up as soon as we get to bed, then starting to do work at 8 instead of 8:30. I think it is important to start sleeping sometime in the mid-afternoon. This will allow us to stay in a good mood for the rest of the night.
