This is one of those things where you just want to say yes, it is cool, but the fact is, it really isn’t. There is no way to get anything out of this thing. You don’t get any extra credit, you don’t get any extra votes, you don’t get any extra badges, you get no added ad revenue. You can’t even get any of the ad links to work. Seriously, you can’t even get your ad links to work.
This is one of the more egregious things I’ve seen with the pokecord, as it will even show up in your list of ad links on Google. Why is this a problem? Well, the reason is because Google uses AdWords to display the ad links, and that means if you try to show your ad links to people, they will see your stuff. Which means your ad is not showing up at all.
The reason is because Google doesn’t care if you show the ad links, it only cares if you get clicks for it. This could be changed in time, but there is no real solution.
This problem is not limited to Google, there are other ad networks that will show ad links for you and for people. Which can be a problem if you use AdWords to display your ads, even if you think you are not showing any ads. That is why it is important to make sure you are using adwords correctly.

However, the fact is that if you buy the ad space in this game, you will get an even bigger boost in rankings. This is because of the way Google calculates ad spending. It is based on a company called Quantcast. Quantcast makes up for the fact that Google doesn’t have a human-free system with them. Google’s ads are all automated.
Quantcast (the company that builds Quantcast) is worth over $5 billion. A huge number, even by Google standards, for a small startup. In 2010, Quantcast spent close to half a billion dollars on ad-sales to publishers.
