In this video, I have a very simple but very effective approach to overcoming anxiety. The entire thing is about 3 minutes and really nothing more than a few sentences with some advice.
Although this is about anxiety, it can apply to pretty much everyone. We all experience anxiety at one time or another. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a panic attack or I’ve felt a spike of anxiety and then had to sit and watch something on TV. At one point, I had to take a shower because of a panic attack.
There is a very simple and effective method of dealing with anxiety that can be applied to basically every anxiety type. I’m not going to teach you the full method here, but you can check out the video below and see for yourself.
The method is called the “MAO” (mahdood) method, and it basically involves visualizing a situation or emotion that you don’t want to fight about with your body. The idea is to feel a release or release of energy and just let your anxiety go.
The problem is that after a few minutes of this technique, you can’t really see you’re doing it, which is actually a good thing. In fact, that is one of the reasons the most effective anxiety treatments, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, don’t work for everyone. I can also tell you that you might as well be drinking a gallon of milk because most of us have had a few.
The first step is to find a comfortable sitting position. Then put your arms along your body and rest your chin on your palms. Now take a deep breath in and allow your head to slowly move back and forth, looking at your palms as you do so. You will feel a slight tingling or numbness in the palms as you breathe. Continue to do this for ten seconds.
This is called the “trouble-focusing” technique. It involves focusing your attention on your palms and letting go of any thoughts or memories you might have. Once you’re able to re-focus your attention on your palms, you can begin to work on your body. Begin by closing your eyes. You can use your earbuds to play some music and begin to relax. This will help with the numbness in your palms.

Maou sama is also similar to poker with the addition of being a game of luck rather than skill.
Basically, it’s a game of cards with a lot of luck. If you’re playing for fun, you’ll probably want to learn some strategy to beat your opponents. If you’re playing for gambling, you’ll probably want to get better at the game and have a good hand.
maou sama is a game of luck. But that’s not the only thing that makes it different from those other games. The way that the other games are played is a little too mechanical. The cards are dealt, the cards are dealt again, the cards are dealt again, the cards are dealt again, and so on. A player of maou sama actually has to think and play in a different way.
