The biggest sign of aging is dehydration. Drinking plenty of water helps keep your skin looking smooth and plump. Make sure you’re drinking water even if you’ve just had a cup of coffee or some other caffeinated beverage. Also keep your skin moist by taking a lot of hot baths daily.
5. Use Moisturizing Cleansers
Moisturizing cleansers are perfect for improving the overall look and feel of skin, but you need to choose ones that are effective and not too harsh for your face! There’s no point in using a wash that’s going to irritate or dry out your face; there are only 3 main ingredients in cleansers: water, surfactants (tiny particles that remove dirt) and emulsifiers (special chemicals).
